No-one apart from the owner working, I walked out after an hour, maybe it's her with the problem

my first visit, lovely hair cut and didn't have to wait too long, good prices, will definitely be going back when I need a trim/cut
When coming in I was told that it will be 10-15 minutes until I would get served. I only came in fro a trim to get rid the split ends. 1 hour and a half later I was still not served. I asked how long it would be and was told that I am next although 3 people were served before me. The worst hairdressers I have ever used. Would rather cut my hair myself than waste 2 hours of my life being lied to. I walked out with the frustration.
Fantastic styling, got exactly what I asked for,, would go there again.
