Absolutely awful funeral service.Had pencilled in 3 flower arrangements for a funeral, decided on 2 and when I went to pay for them (200 worth) I was told that I'd let them down and cost them money because they had ordered in flowers for the 3rd arrangement. Attitude and customer service, at a sensitive time, was unexpectedly appalling. Shame, as the flowers were actually really nicely done.I had recommended them as the flower shop for all the funeral flowers too. A mistake I won't make again.
Very disappointed in the spray of flowers that I ordered I spoke to the lady told her what I would like She told me the sprays are from 40 to 50 and I asked if I could have one for 60 and she said yes she could do that it would be 57 +3 pound delivery to the crematorium which I thought was a bit much but I did it anyway went to the funeral today and it was just like a bunch of flowers no way was it worth 60 very very disappointed and wont ever use their florist again
Very helpful and friendly service. They made a wreath for my late sister two months ago which I was very pleased with. I have used Emma's many times, and will continue to do so .
Rang through from out the area to arrange a bouquet for my poorly sister. The order was delivered the same day and for a reasonable cost my sister was delighted with the quality and freshness of the flowers. Well done.
i ordered a balloon this morning and they were very helpful and suggested that they could add some additional balloons with my order. The florist gave very good customer service, reasonably priced and were delivered by lunch time to a very pleased patient in hospital. Thank you very much.
