Beautiful location on the waterfront. Good selection of alcoholic drinks and hot and cold drinks. The food is good too and you have TV too.
Cosy, calm bar right on the waterfront. Really good choice of cake, coffee, tea and booze. Great choice of seating, tables and chairs, booths, armchairs and sofas. Nice lighting, music. Fairly quiet when we were there. Believe it's usually a student bar. So could be different on other times. Today 5pm good selection of ages. Inc families.
Cult always have great entertainment and if there isn't anything going on you can always grab a board game to play. The place is comfortable, with lots of comfy chairs and sofas. I find the biggest disappointment here is the drinks selection, I find they have gone for the cheaper options rather than the better options which is disappointing but equally understandable given its location. However on visiting the barmaid Chloe was super helpful with finding me a beverage that I could and would enjoy.
Probably the worst food I've ever eaten, looks good but that's as far as it goes. And rather expensive for what it is. As for the smoothies give them a miss they actually made my kids (who love smoothies) gag. Have tried it several times while waiting for my son and been very disappointed each time. 23 for 2 chips 2 cans of drink and a smoothie on one occasion and one portion was suppose to have a cheese sauce but was more like cheese milk and revolting.
