Asked three times for the bumpers to be in play for my four year old daughter, therefore lost fifteen minutes of time paid for! Only on third occasion did they act upon request. Ring service bell _ no one comes? Queue system at reception is a free for all people pushing in to the side of the main queue, staff just picking person next to person they have finished with, not hard to see who is next. Soft play ok but overall overpriced as the service is poor.
Great if you are looking for something to do with the kids.Although there are alot of fruit machines the games and Ninja tag are great fun!
Great place with bowling, arcade games, restaurant etc. Recently refurbished and looks nice. They had run out of a lot of things and the food took a long time to come but I felt sorry for the staff, and they were nice and friendly and apologetic so still giving a good review.
Went in for a bowl with two children only two lanes in use. I found it far to expensive for what would of only been an hour of entertainment..real shame as it is a lovely facility. If it was cheaper i would make it a rainy day outing.
Great experience, staff are wonderful and the ninja tag is a great addition for 10-16 year olds. Staff where nice enough to let us use the party lanes which are further away from other people as my son gets anxious.
