Great for a quieter evening drink, with lots of upstairs rooms and seating
Proper pub. Loads of reasonably priced good beer and wine options. Well looked after. Comfy chairs. My only gripe was I couldn't see many non alcoholic options but then tonight I wasn't looking!

Have always liked it here. More of an older crowd use it and during the week it's not usually too busy. Beer good and always a decent choice of real ale and other stuff. No food though but plenty of options nearby
Fantastic pub in downtown ipswich. Great selection of beer and ales on tap. Lovely outdoor seating area surrounded by historic Tudor buildings. The staff were friendly and welcoming and it's just a quick walk to local shopping and public transportation.
