Disgusting. Cancelled my booking and instead of refunding me they said they would credit my account. I want my money back but guess what they have no customer services! No on answeres the phone for Suffolk surprise surprise. Call Rutland and all you get is an automated message! AVOID this company theyre clearly only interested in your money cancel your booking and think they have the right to keep it.In response to your reply, you do not answer phone calls for Suffolk like I said in the above review also when you choose the Rutland option it gives you an automated messaged then hangs up. So no you cannot just call and speak to a manager. I emailed your company you chose to respond to my review within an hour, yet you took a whole day and a half to respond to my email, considering these were both sent at the same time. So to add to the original review it proves again your customer service is non existent. Maybe if you put the customer first then this review wouldn't of been here in the first place. The review is fair as it is a true reflection of your company from my point of view no matter what your opinions are.

Fantastic day out for adults and children! Really well thought out and organised. Equipment and hire items were clean and looked after. Staff were enthusiastic, friendly and safe but not jobworths. Surpassed our expectations. We also spent the rest of the day biking around the reservoir which was also enjoyable. The only thing I would change is the amount of time allowed on the park. 1 hr 30 would be better and would happily pay slightly more. Highly recommended though and would return.
